Avana joined Yodel Australia in July 2007 after running a successful PPC campaign with a competing SEM provider.
Though clinics experienced a sizable growth in clients, Avana was still seeking to gain a measurable return on investment. After being approached by Yodel Australia client managers, Avana was extremely interested in having a professionally managed branding campaign on Google’s search engine.
An industry specialist worked closely with Avana to achieve a massive online presence in keyword search, enjoying a No.1 position for their keywords in the Sydney market. Avana aggressively expanded into the east coast NSW markets as well as New Zealand.
Across 30 clinics, enquiries and appointments rose by 8% nationally, and Avana continually reinvested revenue earned into seasonal promotions.
After enjoying much success with Google AdWords and their measurable ROI, Avana proceeded to reduce their exposure on less popular advertising channels i.e. Sensis, in order to focus expenditure on Google. Yellow Pages has taken a less predominate role in Avana’s overall marketing communication program.
Yodel Australia handles all Avana’s online campaigns and is currently preparing for promotional ‘Less hair for Australians’ during this summer 2008 period.
